These 800-year old sets stretch and strengthen the core muscles of the body and regulate the Qi for overall health benefits. Qi Gong is a combination of light exercise, focused breathing and various meditative postures designed to build and stimulate the vital energy of the body. An ancient technique, it has been the foundation of soft style martial arts and healing practices which are at least 2000 years old. This style of Qi Gong is known as Medical Qi Gong because of its health improving qualities. All classes are taught by Phil Ricker and are held Saturdays from 10:00am-12:00pm. Cost is $25.
