New patients: Welcome! We suggest booking at least 1 follow-up appointment within 2 weeks of your initial appointment to ensure you can get an appointment time that works best for you. (You can always cancel these online if you decide not to continue care).
Return patients: If two years have passed since your last visit, please schedule an "initial visit". We need to allot more time than a standard follow-up visit to catch up!
For cancellations: As a courtesy to our practitioners and patients, a 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged $40. If cancellations less than 24-hours of your appointment time occur more than 3 times within a calendar year, the cancellation fee becomes the full cost of the visit.
All appointments can be managed through the online scheduling system, including cancelling, rescheduling, and making updates to your billing & account information. You can also call us if you have any difficulty with the online patient portal.
