Laura obtained a Master’s Degree from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts where she studied Classical Chinese Medicine (CCM) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She has been licensed to practice acupuncture and herbalism by the National Acupuncture Board (NCCAOM) and by the state of North Carolina (NCALB) for 10 years now.
Many describe Laura as “the salt of the Earth”. Laura prides herself in being a gentle, warm-hearted person whose integrity fills every aspect of her life. Using a mind, body, and spirit approach, her expertise assists patients in optimizing sleep, vitality, and stress resiliency, which she feels are the roots of a healthy and happy life. Additionally, she has experience in treating a wide variety of conditions including pain relief, digestive health, menopausal transition, skin care, and fertility/pregnancy support. |
