Join The Heart Collective and guide your mind & body into spring! We will be offering a workshop dedicated to celebrating the arrival of spring on March 20th from 11am-2pm at Colourfield. We will start off the day with a spring inspired modern dance class and then move into some restorative yoga postures. Seasonal snacks and cleansing herbal teas will be enjoyed as we discuss the importance of living with the seasons and how we can support our bodies as we move into spring. We will finish the day off with a relaxing and immune boosting acupuncture treatment. Space is limited so grab your tickets soon and RSVP on Facebook! Early bird discount of $49 applies until March 1st! After March 1st, tickets will be $59. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and a water bottle, along with anything else that makes you feel comfortable during an acupuncture treatment. Food, tea, and essential oils will be provided, and there will be plenty of filtered water available. Give yourself the gift of renewal as we move into warmer days and expanding nights! What better way to bring in a new season than with movement, food, and acupuncture!? If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email [email protected] |
